What's your approach to AI recommendations?
We start from your data and your workflow, not a generic model. If fine-tuning is the right tool, we fine-tune; if a plain integration is enough, we say so. No affiliate conflicts, and the engineers who recommend it are the ones who run it.
Do you provide implementation or just advice?
Both, and in that order. We’re engineers first, so a recommendation arrives with the people who can build and run it. Advice that ends in working software is the whole pitch; the principles are how we work.
How do you price consulting engagements?
Fixed price when the scope is well defined, time-and-materials when it’s still moving, and a retainer for ongoing work: a standing monthly allocation of build and support hours you draw down. We work out which fits during discovery, and we say so plainly rather than steering you toward the model that suits us. Bring the rough idea to the contact form and we’ll put numbers on it early.
What's your typical client engagement model?
A weekly 30-minute working standup, a demo at the end of every stage against the deliverables list, and a monthly steering call with your leadership on cost, scope, and risk. No status theatre; every touchpoint ends with something decided. See how an engagement runs.
